These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, websites, and content provided by Koollab (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Koollab provides creative design solutions including, but not limited to, branding, web design, and digital assets. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and productive collaboration, clients agree to:

Provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals.
Respect project timelines and payment schedules.
Refrain from using delivered work in any unlawful or defamatory manner.

3. Payment Terms

All payment terms will be outlined in the official proposal or invoice. Koollab reserves the right to pause or terminate services due to non-payment or breach of agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Koollab retains ownership of all source files and working documents.
Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
Koollab reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio, unless a written NDA prohibits it.

5. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as defined in the proposal. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may incur extra charges, which will be discussed in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of cancellation:

Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Koollab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We do our best to deliver quality work, but we make no guarantees of specific results.
